Medway is a beautiful Massachusetts town, known for its charm and farms, but it was lacking in places to shop. Charter Realty wanted to create a new shopping center reminiscent of a classic New England village: Medway Commons.

The Temple Beth Zion is a Jewish synagogue located on Beacon Street in Brookline that has served the large Jewish population of the town since its establishment in 1946. The building, while grand and beautiful, is also quite old, so the Temple contacted Construction Coordinators, Inc.

Granada Highlands is a high-rise residential complex in Malden. Its owners, realizing that the massive complex was in need of retouching after years of occupation, hired Construction Coordinators, Inc. to restore several of the common areas, corridors and offices.

Simon and Sons, a men’s and boy’s clothing retailer, knows tradition better than anybody: after all, they’ve been a family-owned business for three generations.

Liberty Travel, a travel agency, contacted Construction Coordinators, Inc. (CCI) to build a new flagship location for them on Washington Street in downtown Boston that could serve as a regional headquarters.

The Harvard Aesculapian Club, a social club associated with Harvard Medical School, was founded in 1902. When the Deanery Lounge at their main building, the historic Vanderbilt Hall, started showing its years, the Club called in Construction Coordinators, Inc. (CCI) to renovate it.
