Harbor Towers

Housing is cramped in downtown Boston: after all, most people live in the suburbs and the city is packed tight enough as it is. Fortunately for those who love the city, the Harbor Towers, located in the center of Boston Harbor, provide hundreds of condos with beautiful views of the water.

Construction Coordinators, Inc. (CCI) has worked on the Harbor Towers several times. The largest project CCI did for the Towers was a complete renovation of the Towers’ lobbies. Each tower has 40 stories, and each story has a lobby, so CCI undertook a massive task of renovating 80 of the rooms. CCI gave each lobby a complete workover, redoing the carpet, tiling, lights, trim, woodwork, and every other aspect of the foyers. They completed all this work in a completely occupied residential tower, in the middle of Boston, which meant that the workers had minimal storage space, and safety was always a primary concern.

Despite the issues and the large amount of work, CCI renovated every single lobby in both towers, giving the residents of the Harbor Towers a beautiful common area to see every time they leave their building.
