Dr. Silver
Dr. Silver, an esteemed doctor of internal medicine, hired Construction Coordinators, Inc. (CCI) to build him a new office in Chestnut Hill that would communicate to his patients both his professionalism and his dedication to excellence.
Other tenants in Dr. Silver’s building, though, created issues. CCI was concurrently working on Men’s Health and Dr. Slavin’s office, both of which were in the same building. The Equinox fitness club, a floor below, remained open during construction, but CCI needed to run piping through its ceiling, which was difficult to do while the club was in operation. Most importantly, however, was the clinic for pregnant women next-door to Dr. Silver’s office. In order to ensure that nothing affected the medical procedures happening in that clinic, containing dust, debris and vibrations was a paramount concern. To handle the variety of needs of Dr. Silver’s neighbors, CCI made sure to communicate with the landlord and tenants of the building so that no one was adversely affected by the construction.
The result of the construction is a new, beautiful office that is fully equipped to serve Dr. Silver’s patients.
